New Majority Will Continue Focus on Jobs & the Economy

WASHINGTON, DC – At a press briefing today, House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) discussed House Republicans’ continuing focus on Americans’ top priorities, and urged President Obama to work with the new Congress on solutions to help strengthen the economy and help middle class families.  Following are Boehner’s remarks:

“I’m going to start by congratulating my friend Senator Mitch McConnell.  As you know, Mitch and I have worked very closely together over the last eight years and I don’t think I could ask for a better partner, or do I think the Senate could have a better Majority Leader than Mitch McConnell. 

 “I also want to express my gratitude to the people of Ohio’s Eighth Congressional District.  You know, my mission is the same today as it was in 1990 when I was first elected: to build a smaller, less costly, and more accountable government here in Washington, DC.  And right now I believe that means continuing to listen, to make the American people’s priorities our priorities, and to confront the big challenges that face middle-class families, starting with the economy.

“You’ve heard me talk many times about the many jobs bills that the outgoing Senate majority has ignored.  Those bills will offer the Congress, I think, a new start.  We can act on the Keystone pipeline, restore the 40-hour work week that was gutted by ObamaCare, and pass the Hire More Heroes Act that would encourage our businesses to hire more of our veterans. 

“And again, this is just a start.  I’ve been going around the country outlining my own personal vision for how we can reset America’s economic foundation.  The energy boom that’s going on in America is real, and I think it provides us with a very big opportunity.  But to maximize that opportunity, I believe that we need to do five things and that is:

• Fix our broken tax code; 

• Address the debt that’s hurting our economy and imprisoning the future of our kids and grandkids; 

• Reform our legal system; 

• Reshape our regulatory policy to make bureaucrats more accountable, and; 

• Give parents more choices in a system that isn’t educating enough of America’s children.

“Now, finding common ground is going to be hard work – but it will be even harder if the president isn’t willing to work with us.  Yesterday, we heard him say that he may double down on his go-it-alone approach.  Listen I’ve told the president before, he needs to put politics aside and rebuild trust – and rebuilding trust not only with the American people, but with the American people’s representatives here in the United States Congress. 

“This is the best way to deliver solutions to get the economy going again and to keep the American Dream alive and well.  This will be the focus of our new majority, and I’m eager to get to work.”

Qatar is one of the driving forces behind Salafi (khilāfa) movement

banned completely, Qatar’s emir has promised to “spread Islam at all
costs” outside of Islamic countries and are spending billions to build mosques and madrassah’s across Europe.

In Hamburg, Germany, the former Kapernaumkirche (Capernaum Church), a cultural heritage site, is converted into a mosque.

In Munich, local politicians are debating [this is not a joke] where to build a massive mosque complex known
as the Center for Islam in Europe-Munich, funded for €40 million ($51
million), and is designed to be a key strategic platform for spreading
Islam throughout Europe.

In Greece the government has pledged to spend €1.1 million ($1.4 million) to build an official mosque in Athens, funded
by the Turkish government, another pro-Islamist leadership cloaked as
moderate.  An estimated 120 sites are illegally operating as mosques in
Athens. These makeshift spaces serve an estimated 200,000 Muslims living
in the city, many of whom are illegal immigrants from Afghanistan,
Bangladesh, Egypt, Nigeria and Pakistan. Does it sound similar to
Palestine, that was created by a similar, sudden and rapid influx of
illegal Arabs? Turkey’s ambassador
to Greece, Kerim Uras, said he expects Islam to have a higher profile in
Greece in the future. He said the move to open the mosque was “a
positive step in the right direction. We’re expecting the rest to come.”

In Ireland, a sprawling mega-mosque complex called
“Islamic Cultural Center” will be built for €40 million on a six-acre
site in Clongriffin. Rumors have it that the mosque will be financed by
Qatar, which recently donated €800,000 ($1 million) to build a mega-mosque in Cork.

IRELAND plans to build $84 million Islamic Center

In Luxembourg, a Muslim group called Le Juste Milieu (LJM)
is fund-raising €1.8 million to purchase a makeshift mosque in downtown
Luxembourg City. In August 2012, the German-language newspaper Tageblatt reported that the Qatar was paying €2.2 million to establish a mosque and madrassah in Luxembourg.

In Scotland, St. John’s Episcopal Church in Aberdeen has become the first church in the United Kingdom to share its premises with Muslim worshippers.

In Spain, Muslims inaugurated a new mosque on
March 21 in the northern Basque town of Portugalete.  The 50,000
Muslims in the Basque region, who hail mostly from Algeria, Morocco,
Pakistan and sub-Saharan Africa, have become increasingly assertive in
recent years.

Until recently, the Islamic Community
of Bilbao in Basque had the following statement posted on its website:
“We were expelled [from Spain] in 1609, really not that long ago. … The
echo of Al-Andalus still resonates in all the valley of the Ebro
[Spain]. We are back to stay, Insha’Allah [if Allah wills it].”
(Al-Andalus was the Arabic name given to the parts of Spain ruled by
Muslim conquerors from 711 until 1492.)

MADRID

In Valencia, Spain, the third-largest
city in Spain, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community inaugurated a new mosque
on March 29.  The mosque was inaugurated by Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad,
the spiritual leader of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. Ahmad added:
“In Spain there are a million Muslims and we believe that in twenty
years this number will double. In Spain there are signs that Islam will
dominate once again.” He also said the mission of the new mosque would
be to “spread the teachings of Islam to every single citizen of Spain.”

In the Catalan municipality of Salt, a
town near Barcelona, Muslim immigrants now make up 40% of the
population, and work has begun on the construction of a two-story Salafi mega-mosque —
built by two Spain-based Salafist groups, Al Hilal Islamic Cultural
Association and Magrebins per la Pau Association, with funding from
Saudi Arabia.

In Switzerland, a Muslim group called Club Paradise is converting a bowling alley into a mosque. The future imam of the new mosque, Fehim Dragusha,
originally from Kosovo, made local headlines in late 2011 when he
called on Muslim parents to beat their children if they refuse to pray.

And this is only the beginning. There
are already 6,000 mosques in Europe – while churches are now being
banned completely through the entire Islamic world, and Christians are
murdered in the most brutal fashion.

The emir recently bought six Islands in Greece,
a known hub for illegal Muslim immigrants and extremists. These islets
are very close to the private port of Platygiali (nearby Astakos at the
coast of Ionian): a very strategical spot. Ioannis Kassianos,
Ithaca’s Greek-American mayor claims the emir wants to buy all 18
islands in the region. He further wants to develop the airport. Is no
one asking why?

TALIBAN’S NEW OFFICE IN QATAR

While negotiating for the Taliban to
open their own “office” in his country and provide massive funding to
the terrorist run Muslim Brotherhood, the emir has been very busy in
acquiring more and more ownerships across Europe, with major investments
and purchases in London and other cities. It is Qatari money that was
instrumental in setting up al-Jazeera, though the station denies the
emir runs the show. al-Jazeera has now been expanded to run as a
propaganda machine in the U.S. to churn out highly whitewashed news
about Muslim crimes and violence around the world and turn them into
weepy victimization headlines.

Meanwhile the Salafi movement, funded by the Qatar Emir in cooperation with Saudi Arabia, just keeps expanding at a rapid rate.

It’s unfathomable that
countries like the UK continues and it’s Middle East envoy Tony Blair
continues to entertain business contracts with this dangerous, extremist
loving nation – aiding continued profits to grow for the Arabs while
they aid and abet the spread of extremism around the world at an
alarming rate.

Designated by most of the world as a “terrorist organization,” the Muslim Brotherhood is set to launch its own political party in Barack Hussein Obama’s ‘Islamic States of America’

With an eye toward the 2016 election, the radical Muslim Brotherhood has built the framework for a political party in America that seeks to turn Muslims into an Islamofascist voting bloc. ’Muslim voters have the potential to be swing voters in 2016,” said Nihad Awad, executive director of terror-linked CAIR, in launching the benign-sounding U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations, whose membership reads like a Who’s Who of Brotherhood front groups.

Investor’s Business Daily (h/t M Johnston)  “We are aiming to bring more participation from the Muslim community.” USCMO also aims to elect Islamists in Washington, with the ultimate objective of “institutionalizing policies” favorable to Islamists — that is, Sharia law.

This development bears careful monitoring in light of the U.S. Brotherhood’s recently exposed goal to wage a “civilization jihad” against America that explicitly calls for infiltrating the U.S. political system and “destroying (it) from within.”

The subversive plan was spelled out in hundreds of pages of founding archives that the FBI confiscated from a Brotherhood leader’s home in the Washington suburbs after 9/11. Translated from Arabic, the secret documents listed a number of Brotherhood front organizations, like CAIR, — some of which just happen to make up the newly formed USCMO.

Front and center is the Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations, the catalyst behind this Trojan horse jihadist political party.

CAIR is linked in federal criminal court documents to the terrorist group Hamas, the Brotherhood’s Palestinian branch. CAIR’s chief Awad, who announced the USCMO at the National Press Club, is so radioactive, the FBI refuses to do outreach with him and his so-called Muslim-rights group until it can “resolve whether there continues to be a connection between its executives and Hamas.”

Equally troubling is the Muslim American Society, another founding member of the USCMO. MAS was formed as “the overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States,” a 2007 Justice Department court filing states. A 2011 MAS press release praised Osama bin Laden as “a visionary who believed in an Islamic state in Afghanistan.”

The list of bad actors doesn’t end there. The chairman of America’s new Islamist party is none other than Oussama Jammal, who once headed the notorious Bridgeview Mosque in Chicago.

One of that mosque’s leaders was arrested and jailed for funneling millions to Hamas. And one of its most honored guests was bin Laden’s spiritual mentor, the late Palestinian cleric Abdullah Azzam. Some of Azzam’s relatives are Bridgeview members.

“The walls were covered with Hamas posters and recruiting literature showing masked gunmen brandishing automatic weapons. . . . You could see daggers plunged into Jewish hearts wrapped up in American flags,” said Steve Emerson, describing the mosque in his book “American Jihad.” “They even had a library filled with terrorist videos.”

As Bridgeview’s president, Jammal blasted the FBI for arresting terrorist members and even expressed doubts that al-Qaida was responsible for 9/11. Not to worry. As head of the USCMO, he’ll see to it that the council places “premium” importance “on defining the common good based on the Quran and the model of the prophet (Muhammad), and coordinating institutions to implement that common good in American society.”

Jammal and his equally checkered Brothers have a 30-point “policy platform” for “promoting Islam’s core universal principles to benefit American society” — none of which includes combating radicalism within the Muslim community.

Can any Muslim join USCMO? Nope. First you must fill out a four-page application and pass Brotherhood inspection. Then you have to cough up $1,000 a year — $3,500 if you want a voting membership.

Islamic reformer Zuhdi Jasser says he won’t be accepted. That’s because, as he astutely observes, America’s first Muslim political party is made up “of the inner core of American Islamist organizations” trying to “deceive Americans as an innocent ‘Muslim coalition.’”

“Look at them out there,” he said to Sebelius.
“Ringing Christmas bells and singing old songs melodious.
But while they’re all caroling ‘O Holy Night,’
They’re badly neglecting my health care website.

“I gave them reform—they’ve been asking for years.
I pushed it through Congress, over Republicans’ fears.
They said ‘It’s a mistake. We are loath to begin it.’
But Pelosi said, ‘Pass it and then see what’s in it.’

“We Democrats passed it right down party lines.
They’ll all pay fair shares or else face hefty fines.
Republicans whined it’s ‘not how lawmaking’s done!’
To which we responded, ‘Get over it. We won.’

“The Supreme Court endorsed it, a ruling of note,
When Chief Justice Roberts cast the deciding vote.
I’m thankful his Commerce Clause interpretation was lax—
It isn’t a mandate, it’s only a tax!

“I had to make sure that the website worked well,
So I hired an old classmate of my wife, Michelle.
We spent $600 million and it took us three years,
But when the launch date came there was nothing but tears.

“Malfunctions were legion with crash after crash.
We were gonna need more of the taxpayers’ cash.
How much? We’re not telling! But no need to fret.
The law will be great, on that you can bet!

“In the meantime, with things all a tatter,
I held a press conference to quell all the chatter.
I gave a phone number, surely that would do,
But wouldn’t you know, they couldn’t get through.

“Now Congress and their staffs view the law with contempt,
But they’ll quiet down soon, ’cause they’ll all be exempt!
The gift of waivers I gave to businesses and friends.
With executive powers like mine, there’s really no end.

“Ted Cruz tried to stop it with all he could muster.
Why, he even held an old-fashioned talking filibuster.
He shouted ‘defund!’ for 21 hours,
But it didn’t take long for his fellow Republicans to cower.

“Still, signups were sluggish. They had to be faster,
Or else my new law would be a disaster.
I needed young people, the healthiest kind,
To pay for the rest. They’re politically blind!“

To subsidize old people across the nation,
We’re going to plunder the next generation.
It seemed so simple till the young folk got annoyed
They’re paying more taxes, but still unemployed.

“So, in an effort to make sure enrollments don’t plummet,
I decided it was high time to hold a youth summit.
‘You’re healthy right now, you young people,” I said.
‘But who knows? Tomorrow you all could be dead!

“‘To buy health insurance is your civic duty.
It’s a great deal, I promise. It’s really a beauty.’
But youngsters can tell when a salesman is lying.
They’re not signing up. They’re simply not buying.

“Affordable health care? It sure sounded nice.
Until people discovered the increase in price.
The premiums soared. There was something amiss.
Befuddled consumers cried “I can’t afford this!”

“People aren’t signing up and the website’s still broken.
The polling is in and the people have spoken.
They don’t like the law, and they’re upset with me.
They don’t like broken promises, apparently.”

Obama turned from the window with a sigh and a frown.
Kathleen shrugged her shoulders and said, “Don’t be down.
You got your law passed, with your trademark audacity.
Who cares if the website is filled to capacity?

“The law is in place, and they’ll have to submit.
So chin up! Shoulders back! We will win bit by bit.”

Ousted Egyptian president Mohamed Morsi (from prison) to the CIA: “How could America and its security institutes abandon me, while I served them sincerely and cooperated with them?”

Canada Free Press (h/t Mike F)   The Muslim Brotherhood still dreams of the return of their ousted president Mohamed Morsi.  Yet with 90% of their senior leaders arrested and facing trial, losing popular support and getting banned and regarded as a terrorist organization their return-to-power yearning seems far fetched.

(In total opposition to Obama Regime policy on Egypt, showing a bit of spine for a change) U.S. Secretary of State, John Kerry recently said that the Muslim Brotherhood had stolen the Egyptian revolution, and several reports confirm that the U.S. administration realize now that they were betting on the losing horse.

Morsi faces charges ranging from incitement to killing demonstrators, high treason, spying for foreign countries, covering up for registered terrorists, among other crimes (like allegedly selling 40% of Sinai to Obama for $8 billion so he could give it to Hamas). He will spend the rest of his life in prison, if he’s lucky enough not to receive a death sentence.

Recent confidential reports mention that Morsi was in shock and suffering severe depression after Kerry’s comments. He feels that the Americans have begun to abandon him in favor of the new Egyptian government.  Morsi sent a message through his prison visitors to the CIA saying: How could America and its security institutes abandon me?”

Brotherhood leaders have started to communicate with their sympathizers and affiliates inside the U.S. administration to clarify the reasons behind John Kerry’s recent statements. A high source inside the Brotherhood said that the Brotherhood leaders in America asked the CIA: Why did you leave the Brotherhood and forsake them. Naturally,  the source did not say what the response of the U.S. intelligence was.

This coincides with reports of the intense disagreement between Susan Rice, the national security adviser and John Kerry regarding the way the United States should be dealing with the Muslim Brotherhood and with the new Egyptian government.

Brotherhood leaders, members and sympathizers do not want to believe reality and continue their dream of the return of Morsi. Brotherhood activists organize demonstrations almost every day, despite the new laws regulating demonstrations giving police the right to respond forcefully when demonstrations turn violent.

The actions of the President and many current military leaders are actions

every American who wants to fight and defeat the enemy.

Ironically, the traitorous actions of the President have NOT betrayed

all who voted for him as they were fully aware of his efforts to

appease Islamic terrorism.

Obama and these voters hoped that the jihadis would change and

worship Obama just as his Generals now worship the President.

Formal complaint seeks disbarment of Eric Holder in DC

First off many thanks to Mr. Mike Vandervoegh and Mr. David Codrea for doing something that should have been done long before now.  These two men have filed charges with the D.C. Office of Bar Counsel to investigate Eric Holder and the many things he has done that break the rules of Ethics established by the Bar Counsel for practicing law in D.C.

We have watched Holder lie to a Congressional Committee investigating the 'Fast and Furious Operation', over the CSPAN TV Network.

We have watched and read articles of how Holder presented documents to this same committee that were false.

We have watched as Holder has ignored subpoenas served to him.

And many other wrong doings, without any punishment.

So we have us a President that has spent the last 3.5 years lying his way through every day.  A man that has brought our country into the deepest debt we've ever been in and for some people a debt they could never imagine we could be in in their wildest dreams.  A man who played golf while America was making tuff decisions.  A man who brought about some of the worst Race relations this country has had since the Civil War.  A man who plays Dictator and writes his own laws while Congress does nothing to stop him.

Then we get to his Administration.  This article only deals with one of those appointees but all the rest are the same.  This article is all about his pick for Attorney General... Mr. Eric Holder.  The highest office for our legal system there is.  The person who is in chard of the Department of Justice.  The person who should be the most lawful and law abiding person in the legal field, yet, Eric Holder has proven himself to be worse than the most vile criminal found incarcerated in our penal system to date.

He's guilty of murder.  A border patrol agent, An ICE agent, and several hundred Mexican citizens.

He's guilty of dereliction of duty.  He denied citizens the right to have the New Black Panther Party brought up on charges of voter intimidation at voting places.

Attorney General Eric Holder could lose his license to practice law in the District of Columbia, or face some other penalty from the D.C. Bar, now that he has been found in criminal and civil contempt of Congress.

Last week, the bloggers who first exposed Operation Fast and Furious, Mike Vanderboegh and David Codrea, filed a formal complaint with the Washington, D.C. Office of Bar Counsel alleging that Holder committed “professional misconduct” during the congressional investigation into the scandal.

Because Holder was found in contempt of Congress for his “refusal to comply with a subpoena duly issued by the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform,” Vanderboegh and Codrea contend, “[i]t would appear that several, if not all of these rules [the D.C. Bar’s rules of professional conduct], have been violated.”

Wallace “Gene” Shipp in the Office of Bar Counsel told The Daily Caller that he can’t confirm or deny the receipt of any specific complaint.

Vanderboegh and Codrea each published the complaint they jointly registered on their individual blogs “[b]ecause of the serious political ramifications involved, and because some on the Board may be sympathetic to AG Holder’s positions and hostile to those of the House contempt charges, and in order to ensure that this complaint receives proper attention and is not ignored through deliberate indifference.”

Arizona Republican Rep. Ben Quayle told TheDC he believes the D.C. Bar should investigate whether the attorney general violated its ethics code.

“I think an investigation is definitely warranted since it’s been brought to the bar’s attention,” Quayle said in a phone interview. “He has engaged in dishonesty and misrepresentation to Congress and I think it definitely warrants an investigation by the D.C. Bar.”

Quayle added that he doesn’t think Holder’s position as attorney general or his political clout should protect him from any investigation.

“He’s a member of the bar and just because he’s attorney general doesn’t make him above the law and above the bar association’s rules of professional conduct,” Quayle said. “I think his conduct in the investigation of Fast and Furious rises to the level of actually looking into whether he violated professional conduct with his conduct in the investigation.”

Even though he wouldn’t talk specifics, Shipp did walk TheDC through how his office — which “investigates and prosecutes attorney misconduct for the 97,000 members of the DC Bar” — handles such matters.

“If a complaint comes in the front door, we read it [and] then assess whether the facts set out in it could be a violation of the rules of professional conduct,” Shipp said in a phone interview. “If there’s something to them and there could be a violation, then we’ll open a confidential investigation. That investigation would then be conducted by someone in this office. We get about 1,500 of these a year.”

“We also read the newspapers and we also read all the court opinions and we read all the blogs we can and all sorts of stuff like that and we do not have to have a complaint to undertake an investigation,” Shipp continued.

“We can open one based on our observation of something that interests us. Then, once the investigation is concluded, we conclude the investigation by dismissing it … or to informally admonish or to bring charges against an attorney. Informal admonishing or bringing charges against an attorney are public – and, at that point, the matter would be public if it ever reached that stage.”

“We prosecute around 50 lawyers a year, and we do formal investigations into about 500 cases,” Shipp added.

 

Holder’s spokeswoman, Tracy Schmaler, did not return TheDC’s request for comment
