Feds won’t deport felon with 35 arrests because he claims to be ‘Palestinian’

Feds won’t deport felon with 35 arrests because he claims to be ‘Palestinian’

Let’s get this straight. Barrack Hussein Obama has given billions (illegally?) of U.S. taxpayers money to terrorist Hamas-run Gaza and ‘Palestine‘. So, if Congress can budget taxpayer money for a country that doesn’t actually exist and Obama can approve those funds at will, why can’t the Feds deport this felon? via Hueytown chief: Feds won’t deport repeat drug offender because he’s man without a country | al.com. h/t TROP
HUEYTOWN, Alabama — Illegal immigrant Sofyan Eldani has been arrested 35 times in 12 years while living in Alabama, but he remains here, federal authorities tell police, because they can’t deport him to a country that doesn’t exist.
Eldani, 45, carries an Egyptian passport, but claims to be from Palestine.
Hueytown police Chief Chuck Hagler said his officers arrested Eldani this week after they found him carrying crack cocaine. When they called Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials, those officials said they were familiar with the convicted felon, but couldn’t send him to his native country because the United States doesn’t recognize Palestine as a country.
“I know I am just a simple, small-town police chief,” Hagler said, ” but it seems to me that a country that can send people to the moon should be able to get an illegal alien out of the country.”
Hagler said a Hueytown police officer on Monday stopped a vehicle in which Eldani was a passenger for a traffic violation. Those inside were acting suspicious, Hagler said, and the officer ended up arresting Eldani for possession of an illegal substance.
A routine check of Eldani’s criminal history proved more than interesting, he said.
Hagler said Eldani has been arrested 35 times on charges including assault, fraudulent checks, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, shoplifting, burglary, drug possession, failure to appear, probation violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.
Alabama state court records show Eldani pleaded guilty in 2009 to drug possession and receiving stolen property; in 2008 to theft of property; in 2003 to four counts of fraudulent checks; in 2002 to two counts of theft of property; in 1997 to driving with a revoked license and in 1996 to being a pedestrian under the influence.
He has four felony convictions, Hagler said, and served six months in an Alabama prison for receiving stolen property.
“That’s just his Alabama history,” Hagler said.
When the Hueytown police called ICE about Eldani this week, Hagler said his officers were told to tell Eldani that federal immigration officials were going to come get him, but warned that Eldani would know they really wouldn’t.
“They’re saying because he is Palestinian, they can’t make him leave because he doesn’t have anywhere to go,” Hagler said. “So basically, he has made it to home base and he is safe.”
ICE officials told The Birmingham News they had to look further into the issue before commenting.
Hagler said he is frustrated. “Our problem is that he’s here. Where he ends up really isn’t our problem,” the chief said.
“This is a guy who is obviously going to be a criminal, and everybody acknowledges he’s not supposed to be here, but nobody will remove him,” Hagler said. “With all the hysteria we’ve had on immigration, this is a real immigration issue.”
Contacting Congress is clearly a futile effort as a) they have no problem giving your taxes to those who want to kill us, and b) Obama has rendered Congress obsolete.
Meanwhile, back in Alabama the FBI and DOJ will be meeting with Muslim Brotherhood-linked Muslims to promote Islam in Alabama. But they won’t deport an illegal Muslim immigrant with at least 35 arrests. Who are the real criminals?

EGYPT’s ‘moderate’ Muslim Brotherhood says, a husband may have sex with his dead wife, then marry his 14-year old girlfriend

Egyptian husbands will soon be legally allowed to have sex with their dead wives – for up to six hours after their death. The controversial new law is part of a raft of measures being introduced by the radical Islamist-dominated parliament. It will also see the minimum age of marriage lowered to 14 and the ridding of women’s rights of getting education and employment.

DAILY MAIL  (H/T Maria)  Egypt’s National Council for Women is campaigning against the changes, saying that ‘marginalising and undermining the status of women would negatively affect the country’s human development’.
The parliamentary attacks on women’s rights has drawn great criticism from women’s organizations, who dismissed the calls and accused the MPs of wishing to destroy the little gains Egyptian women attained after long years of organized struggle.
Dr Mervat al-Talawi, head of the NCW, wrote to the Egyptian People’s Assembly Speaker Dr Saad al-Katatni addressing her concerns.
Egyptian journalist Amro Abdul Samea reported in the al-Ahram newspaper that Talawi complained about the legislations which are being introduced under ‘alleged religious interpretations.’
The subject of a husband having sex with his dead wife arose in May 2011 when Moroccan cleric Zamzami Abdul Bari said marriage remains valid even after death, alarabiya.net reported. Two years ago, Zamzami incited further controversy in Morocco when he said it was permissible for pregnant women to drink alcohol.
It seems the topic, which has sparked outrage, has now been picked up on by Egypt’s politicians.
TV anchor Jaber al-Qarmouty slammed the notion of letting a husband have sex with his wife after her death under the so-called ‘Farewell Intercourse’ draft law.
He said: ‘This is very serious. Could the panel that will draft the Egyptian constitution possibly discuss such issues? Did Abdul Samea see by his own eyes the text of the message sent by Talawi to Katatni? ‘This is unbelievable. It is a catastrophe to give the husband such a right! Has the Islamic trend reached that far? Is there really a draft law in this regard? Are there people thinking in this manner?’
Many members of the newly-elected, and majority Islamist parliament, have been accused of launching attacks against women’s rights in the country.
They wish to cancel many, if not most, of the laws that promote women’s rights, most notably a law that allows a wife to obtain a divorce without obstructions from her partner. The implementation of the Islamic right to divorce law, also known as the Khula, ended years of hardship and legal battles women would have to endure when trying to obtain a divorce.

Libel case against Obama’s ‘gay’ accuser tossed

A federal judge has dismissed a libel case against a homosexual who claimed Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign paid to rig a polygraph test regarding his sensational charge that he had sex and used drugs with the future president.
Larry Sinclair – who claims he twice engaged in sexual activity and used cocaine with Obama in 1999 when Obama was an Illinois state senator – was accused by Internet publisher Daniel Parisi of making false and damaging statements that led to the demise of Parisi’s porn website, Whitehouse.com, in 2008.
The alleged defamation did not center on Sinclair’s charges of sex and drugs with Obama but on Sinclair’s claim in his 2009 book that the Obama campaign and top adviser David Axelrod had agreed to pay Parisi $750,000 to rig the results of a polygraph test.Parisi failed to present any evidence that Sinclair’s claim about Axelrod and the Obama campaign was false, wrote U.S. District Court Judge Richard J. Leon in his Feb. 28 opinion dismissing the case.Parisi filed March 30 jointly with Sinclair a “Stipulation and Order of Voluntary Dismissal,” which effectively ended Parisi’s claims against Sinclair and Sinclair Publishing.Sinclair recounted in his book, “Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder,” Parisi’s offer to pay him $10,000 to take a polygraph test regarding his charge that he engaged in sexual acts with Obama in Chicago. In the deal, Parisi would pay $100,000 if the polygraph showed Sinclair was telling the truth. In a modified agreement, Sinclair was paid $20,000 to take the test. He failed it, according to an examiner’s report, and two other examiners corroborated the result, the judge’s opinion said.Parisi alleges Sinclair made defamatory statements in the book, including his assertion that “the polygraph was rigged and was arranged by Dan Parisi and Obama Campaign advisor David Axelrod.”The judge, however, said Parisi failed to show Sinclair had published any knowingly false statements and concluded that he had taken appropriate steps to verify the information before publishing it.Citing precedent, the judge argued that when the victim of the alleged defamation is a public figure, like Parisi, the statement in question must amount to more than negligence. The statement must be made with actual malice, he wrote, with knowledge that it was false or with reckless disregard as to whether it or not it was true.Furthermore, Parisi couldn’t support his claim that Sinclair’ statement was false, the judge said.“The complaint contains no factual allegations, other than the plaintiffs own assertions that the statements were false,” Leon wrote.Sinclair’s source of his allegation against Parisi and the Obama campaign was an anonymous phone call, but he tried to confirm the information with Parisi, who refused to respond, Leon states in his opinion. Also, a Chicago Tribune reporter contacted the tipster and affirmed Sinclair’s statement, the judge said.Along with Sinclair and Sinclair Publishing, Parisi had sued radio talk show-host and Internet author Jeffrey Rense, who wrote the forward to Sinclair’s book; booksellers Books-A-Million and Barnes & Noble; book distributor Ingram Content Group; and Internet retail giant Amazon.com.Parisi still plans to appeal Leon’s dismissal of the case against Amazon.com, now the only remaining defendant.Parisi’s suit effectively stopped the hardcover printing of Sinclair’s books, with used copies selling for as much $600 on Amazon.com. While defending himself in court, Sinclair was able to sell a paperback edition of the book on his website, LarrySinclair.net.Sinclair told WND in a telephone interview that he stands by the claims in his book.“I still believe all the charges I have made are true, and I have seen nothing to date that would change my beliefs,” he said.He also continues to stand by his primary charge against Obama.“I know from personal experience that Obama lied when he said he had given up drugs in college, and I can attest in detail to the fact Obama engages in homosexual sex,” Sinclair said.In addition, Sinclair says he believes that the murder of Donald Young – the homosexual choirmaster at Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago – was an attempt to protect Barack Obama’s secrets. Young was murdered shortly before the 2008 Iowa Caucus. In the lawsuit, Parisi had sought from Sinclair $30 million in damages for himself and his various corporations, including Whitehouse.com Inc., Whitehouse Network LLC and White House Communications Inc.Parisi claimed he created the entities to function as news agencies.Sinclair represented himself in court while Parisi was represented by Patton Boggs, one of the most expensive, prestigious and politically connected law firms in the nation’s capital.Sinclair, with no formal legal training, is not a lawyer licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia.WND could not reach Parisi for comment. Richard Oparil, Parisi’s attorney at Patton Boggs, also did not return WND calls asking for comment. In January 2008, when Sinclair initially came forward to make his charges against Obama, he admitted to his criminal past, including having served prison time in Florida, Arizona and Colorado.

When will Obama crack in public?

When will Obama crack in public?

Mychal Massie
By Mychal Massie
At a time when many Americans can barely afford Burger King and a movie, Obama boasts of spending a billion dollars on his re-election campaign. Questioned at a recent appearance about the spiraling fuel costs, Obama said, “Get used to it” – and with an insouciant grin and chortle, he told another person at the event, who complained about the effect high fuel prices were having on his family, to “get a more fuel-efficient car.”
The Obamas behave as if they were sharecroppers living in a trailer and hit the Powerball, but instead of getting new tires for their trailer and a new pickup truck, they moved to Washington . And instead of making possum pie, with goats and chickens in the front yard, they’re spending and living large at taxpayer expense – opulent vacations, gala balls, resplendent dinners and exclusive command performances at the White House, grand date nights, golf, basketball, more golf, exclusive resorts and still more golf. In the 1950′s they called it acting NIGGER RICH.
Expensive, ill-fitting and ill-chosen wigs and fashions hardly befit the first lady of the United States . The Obamas have behaved in every way but presidential – which is why it’s so offensive when we hear Obama say, in order “to restore fiscal responsibility, we all need to share in the sacrifice – but we don’t have to sacrifice the  America we believe in.”
The American people have been sacrificing; it is he and his family who are behaving as if they’ve never had two nickels to rub together – and now, having hit the mother lode, they’re going to spend away their feelings of inadequacy at the taxpayers’ expense.
Obama continues to exhibit behavior that, at best, can be described as mobocratic and, at worst, reveals a deeply damaged individual. In a February 2010 column, I asked, “Is Obama unraveling?  “I wrote that it was beginning to appear the growing mistrust of him and contempt for his policies was beginning to have a destabilizing effect on him.
At that time, I wrote that not having things go one’s way can be a bitter pill, but reasonable people don’t behave as he was behaving. He had insulted Republicans at their luncheon, where he had been an invited guest. I had speculated that was, in part, what had led him to falsely accuse Supreme Court justices before Congress, the nation and the world, during the 2010 State of the Union address.
It appeared, at that time, as if he were “fraying around the emotional edges.” That behavior has not abated – it has become more pronounced. While addressing the nation, after being forced to explain the validity of his unilateral aggression with  Libya , America witnessed a petulant individual scowling and scolding the public for daring to insist he explain his actions.
But during an afternoon speech to address the budget/debt, he took his scornful, unstable despotic behavior to depths that should give the nation cause for concern. Displaying a dark psychopathy more representative of an episode of “The Tudors” television series, he invited Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., to sit in the front row during his speech and then proceeded to berate both Ryan and Ryan’s budget-cutting plan. Even liberal Democrats were put off by the act. MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough questioned the sanity of Obama’s actions.
Today, criticism is coming from all sides. A senior Democrat lawmaker said, “I have been very disappointed in [Obama], to the point where I’m embarrassed that I endorsed him. It’s so bad that some of us are thinking, is there some way we can replace him? How do you get rid of this guy?” (“Democrats’ Disgust with Obama,” The Daily Beast, April 15, 2011)
Steve McCann wrote: Obama’s speech “was chock full of lies, deceit and crass fear-mongering. It must be said that [he] is the most dishonest, deceitful and mendacious person in a position of power I have ever witnessed” (“The Mendacity of Barack Obama,”AmericanThinker.com, April 15, 2011).
McCann continued: “[His] performance was the culmination of four years of outright lies and narcissism that have been largely ignored by the media, including some in the conservative press and political class who are loath to call [him] what he is in the bluntest of terms: a liar and a fraud. That he relies on his skin color to intimidate, either outright or by insinuation [against] those who oppose his radical agenda only add to his audacity. It is apparent that he has gotten away with his character flaws his entire life, aided and abetted by sycophants around him. …”
With these being among the kinder rebukes being directed at Obama, and with people becoming less intimidated by his willingness to use race as a bludgeon, with falling poll numbers in every meaningful category and an increasingly aggressive tea-party opposition – how much longer before he cracks completely?
The coming months of political life are not going to be pleasant for Obama. Possessed by a self-perceived palatine mindset, that in his mind places him above criticism, how long before he cracks in public? Can America risk a man with a documented track record of lying and misrepresenting truth as a basic way of life, who is becoming increasingly more contumelious?
