Yep, it seems Obama has tried to convince some of the people in the USA that he is standing strong against those Iranians. Yeah, he’s told the Iranians he would join the sanctions on Iran and bring them to their knees, if they continued with their development of their nuclear capabilities. And for them to not even think about closing down the Strait of Hormuz. Yep, a really tuff cookie, is our Prez. NOT!!!

The threat by the Islamic regime in Iran to close down the Strait of Hormuz and of Revolutionary Guards Navy boats harassing U.S. Navy ships in the Persian Gulf has caused President Obama to send secret messages to the regime stating his concerns over the closure of the strait and the possibility of an accidental war.

indicates a deep desire by the U.S. president for a dialogue with the radical leaders of Iran. However, on Saturday,Iranian officials also claimed that an oral message by Obama delivered through the Swiss ambassador in Tehran is even more revealing than the letter delivered to the Iranian supreme leader.
According to Fars News Agency, which is close to the Revolutionary Guards, Hossein Ebrahimi, the vice chairman of the Iranian Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, alleged that on Saturday in a meeting between Swiss Ambassador Livia Leu Agosti and Iranian Foreign Ministry officials, Agosti informed the Iranian officials that Obama recognizes Iran’s right of access to and use of nuclear technology.
Ebarhimi also disclosed another important point that the Swiss diplomat delivered: Obama said that “I didn’t want to impose sanctions on your central bank, but I had no options but to approve it since a Congress majority had approved the decision.”
Last month, the Obama administration pressed key Democrats on the defense bill conference committee to get their colleagues to water down the strong sanctions language against Iran, which passed the Senate by a 100-0 vote as part of the fiscal 2012 defense authorization bill. The administration, threatening a veto,managed to delay the implementation of sanctions and penalties from 60 to 180 days in the final draft, also allowing the president to waive those penalties for national security reasons or if it would harm the global economy.
President Obama boasted on Thursday that U.S.-led sanctions had reduced Iran’s economy to a “shambles,” defending his policy towards Iran following sharp Republican attacks.
Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast also disclosed on Saturday that Iran had received Obama’s message through three different channels: U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice handed a letter to her Iranian counterpart, the Swiss ambassador conveyed the same message in Tehran, while Iraqi President Jalal Talabani delivered the same message to Iranian officials in Baghdad.
Last Wednesday, Ebrahimi for the first time disclosed the contents of Obama’s letter in which the U.S. president had mentioned that cooperation and negotiation are based on the mutual interests of the two countries, and assured Iran that America will not take any action against the Islamic regime.
This is not the first letter sent to the leaders of Iran by Obama, Ebrahimi said. “He has repeatedly spoken in a soft tone about the Islamic Republic of Iran, but in practice, he has not acted accordingly.”
In response to Obama’s message to the leaders of the Islamic regime and his request for negotiations, Iranian officials have decided to reveal his message in order to further embarrass him on the international scene, claiming that Obama’s approach shows the world the true power of the Islamic regime.
So there we have it. Trying to make out he’s the Superman to the Americans but all the while, just a pussy-cat to the Iranians.
“The true power of the Islamic regime”… uh yeah… they don’t want to mess with America’s finest. Iran isn’t in the mountains like Afgan and we all ready showed Bagdad and Fulljah what can happen to the low lying targets.

FINALLY!!! Someone holding a government office speaks out and says what he has to say..... straight to the faces of those who are guilty.
Yeah I know when you're addressing politicians there are certain 'formalities' you're suppose to use. But when those politicians are nothing more than people wanting power and could care less about doing what they swore they would do, then it's time to point a finger in their face and call them out by name. It's time to let the citizens know they do have some people in office, whether elected or appointed, who are not afraid or scared or threatened of losing their jobs who will stand up and call a spade a spade.
Hopefully by Chief Krokoff taking a stand and pointing out the two councilmen (Anton Konev and Lester Freeman) who supported the OWS trash instead of his police officers, there will be some real changes made at the next election. Every seat of government in these United States, from local, to county, to state to the Feds needs a cleaning and the trash needs to be removed.

It’s some what strange to me just how Gov. Jindal went about picking who he would endorse for the Oct 22 election. When it comes to the LA-06 District Senate race I do have a question or four for the Gov.
- Did you speak to any of the candidates running for a seat besides the candidate you endorsed?
- Are you aware of just how your endorsed candidate stands on the side of Conservatives?
- Why would I, or anyone else, feel as though you are paying back a favor to these endorsed candidates?
- Some of these endorsed candidates are not Conservatives nor even Republicans but are RINOs who have switched from the Democrat Party for no other reason than to get (re)elected and will not work with you. So exactly how do you justify that selection?
A case and point: Congressman Mack 'Bodi' White has filled his term limited seat in the House of Representatives and is now seeking an office in the Senate. While Rep. White seems to be a person of good standing a couple of things have been brought to light that makes Rep. White appear to be a typical career politician. He claims to be a Conservative but yet some of the Bills he has written and tried to get passed into law are not Bills a true Conservative would make.
- The Internet Tax (fee) HB 569
Rep. White tried his hardest to get this tax (fee) passed into law but thankfully it was shot down. AG 'Buddy' Caldwell and Rep White sat before the Senate Committee on Commerce and tried to pass this tax off as a 'fee'. Knowing full well there is a Federal law that prohibits any taxing on the internet, still they pushed hard for their 'fee' to be applied. A true Conservative would never do a thing like this.

The Governor had said he would veto any tax bill that came to his desk and yet he endorses Rep White, who with the assistance of the AG, tried to get this tax on the books by calling it a 'fee'. Both of these men are endorsed by Gov. Jindal. Conservative?? I think not!
So while the Governor endorses RINOs he never speaks to any other candidate.
Mr. Mike Mannino (R) is running against Rep. White (R) for the Senate seat for the LA-06 District. Mr. Mannino said that the Governor has never spoken to him about this race. Mr. Mannino is a true Conservative who believes in smaller government, less/no taxes, Pro-Life, and other conservative ideas and beliefs. A man who will serve the people instead of himself. A person who the Governor might find to be a good ally when a true Conservative is needed. And yet the Governor has never spoken to Mr. Mannino. How amazing!!

GENEVA - Scientists at the world's largest physics lab say they have clocked subatomic particles traveling faster than light.
If that's true, it would break - if not severely twist - a fundamental pillar of physics.
Nothing is supposed to go faster than light.
But scientists say that neutrinos - one of the strangest well-known particles in physics - smashed past the cosmic speed barrier of 186,282 miles per second.
The European Organization for Nuclear Research, CERN, says the speeds were detected in a neutrino beam fired from Geneva to a lab 454 miles away in Italy.
Baffled scientists are asking others to independently verify the measurements or find other more mundane explanations for the measured speed.
I personally cannot imagine how fast this is. When you start breaking this down into 'real' time it looks something like this:

In our every day lives light seems to travel from one place to another instantaneously. When we flip on the light in a room there is no delay between when we first see the bulb start glowing and when light illuminates the far corners of the chamber. Our nervous systems are much too slow to notice the rays of light that appear from the bulb and move like a wave washing over the room.
Light travels at a speed of 186,000 miles a second or 700 million miles an hour. For scale, the distance from the Earth to the Moon is about 239,000 miles. This seems pretty fast and indeed theory says that nothing can travel faster than the speed of light, (until today, 9-23-2011 {emphasis mine}).
When we deal with the immense distances of space, though, even light seems slow. When astronauts were on the Moon it took over a second for the radio waves (which travel at the speed of light) carrying their voices to reach us. Light coming from the sun takes eight and one half minutes to hit Earth. (This means that if the sun were suddenly to go dark, it would take over eight minute for us to notice) Light from the nearest stars, other than the sun, takes four and a half years to get here. From the farthest stars in distant galaxies it can take billions of years for the light to arrive..
The distance light can travel in a year is called a "light year." The light year is one of the basic measures of distance for astronomy.

Make that two fights involving LSU football players
BATON ROUGE – A fight involving two LSU football players outside the West Campus Apartments on June 5 is just now coming to light while a police investigation of a Aug. 19 fight continues to unravel, but the players in the earlier fracas were not the aggressors, according to LSU Police.
Marcus Adams, 22, and Robert Davis, 31, were arrested in early June and booked into East Baton Rouge Parish prison on charges of simple battery, aggravated assault with a firearm, illegal use of a weapon and carrying a firearm on school property.
Adams allegedly pointed a gun at LSU defensive end Sam Montgomery, who had been arguing and fighting with him on the apartment grounds at 2:30 a.m. June 5, according to LSU Police. Adams also allegedly pointed a gun at LSU quarterback Zach Mettenberger, who saw the fight and yelled at Adams to calm down, according to LSU Police.
Montgomery said he “pleaded for his life,” when the gun was on him, the LSU Police report said.
Several LSU football players have been interviewed about the incident in addition to Montgomery and Mettenberger, but none have been arrested. West Campus Apartments is the home of many football players and other LSU athletes.
East Baton Rouge Parish district attorney Hillar Moore III is expected to file charges against Adams and Davis soon as the case proceeds to the court process.

(Aug. 24, 2011) — Susan Daniels, a private investigator with almost 2 decades of experience has come to a very compelling conclusion – President Obama is using a Social Security number, issued to someone else. This is, as is the forgery of public documents, a crime.
The SS number Obama is illegally using will not be posted here, but it can be found easily enough if one wishes to verify these facts.
From the age of 15 to 25, there is no record of Obama using any Social Security number. While in school in Hawaii he may well have been able to get by without one. However, once he moved to California and began university schooling in Occidental College, he would need to provide one.
Conveniently, all of his college records have been sealed, so there is no way of knowing, at least for now, what SS number he used at that time. It is possible that the number he used may be at the heart of why he needed a new one. Maybe he was issued a foreign student SS number along with monetary aid for schooling. Not knowing the real reason, this of course is just the speculation of this writer, me. At this point only Obama knows why.
What is known, is that the SS number Obama is now using, does not show up on any data base as being used by anyone, until 1986 even though Social Security records show it was issued in the last two weeks of March, 1977. The number was issued to a person born in 1890 who apparently applied for it at age 87.
In 1935 when the Social Security System began, many people never applied because it was voluntary. This person most likely needed to get one very late in life in order to get some benefit or other. The number never shows up in data bases, so the person must have passed on very shortly after being assigned the number. This would make this number, a perfect candidate for criminal activity relating to false ID’s.
Enter Bill Ayers, the communist, revolutionary, terrorist that Obama claimed was just some guy living in his neighborhood, who’s children went to school with his, even though Ayers’ children are a half generation older than Obama’s. Later it was discovered that Bill Ayers, more than likely, wrote much of Obama’s book,’ Dreams From My Father’, as well as holding one of the first Obama fundraisers in his home.
Ayers has said, and proudly so, that a lot of what they did as terrorist bombers and murderers, was producing and falsifying identifications for their criminal activities. The most effective method was through the use of fraudulent Social Security numbers. A minimally used SS number issued to an 87 year old would some how seem to be a great candidate for that illegal SS number file.
Even though Ayers was just a “guy in the neighborhood,” if Obama needed to dump his legal SS number, for whatever reason, Professor Ayers may have taken a break from indoctrinating our youth and reached into his false ID vault and issued him one.
A few final facts about Social Security numbers. 1. No SS number is ever reused, even after the death of the user. 2. SS numbers are issued by state location. One must live in the state where it is issued. 3. Obama’s natural father, adopted father, mother or grand parents never lived in Connecticut. 4. When the SS number Obama is using was issued by Connecticut, Obama was 15 and living in Hawaii.
The question here is obvious. Is there no one one in Congress or the media with the backbone to stand up and ask, – What the heck is going on in my country?
Of course, there may well be a very honest and reasonable explanation for this, the forged birth certificate and the very suspicious Selective Service documents.
Someone has “a lot of splainin’ to do.” Will our Congress and media ever step up to the plate and demand it?
It’s looking very doubtful.

B-b-b-But It's HIS Fault
The Washington Post babbled again today about Obama inheriting a huge deficit from Bush. Amazingly enough, a lot of people swallow this BULL.
So once more, a short civics lesson.
Budgets do not come from the White House. They come from Congress and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democratic Party.
Furthermore, the Democrats controlled the budget process for FY 2008 & FY 2009 as well as FY 2010 & FY 2011.
In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases.
For FY 2009 though, Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the FY 2009 budgets.
And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete FY 2009. Let's remember what the deficits looked like during that period: (below)
If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself.
In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is I inherited a deficit that I voted for and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th.

Obama’s Economists: Each Job ‘Saved or Created’ by the Stimulus Cost $278,000 (So Far)
As Jeffrey Anderson at the Weekly Standard pointed out, the White House releasing a fiscal report on the Friday before a long holiday weekend can only mean one thing: There’s not much good news in it for the White House, and, ergo, taxpayers.
Such is the case with the White House Council of Economic Advisors’seventh quarterly report on the impact of the “stimulus”:
The council reports that, using “mainstream estimates of economic multipliers for the effects of fiscal stimulus” (which it describes as a “natural way to estimate the effects of” the legislation), the “stimulus” has added or saved just under 2.4 million jobs — whether private or public — at a cost (to date) of $666 billion. That’s a cost to taxpayers of $278,000 per job.
In other words, the government could simply have cut a $100,000 check to everyone whose employment was allegedly made possible by the “stimulus,” and taxpayers would have come out $427 billion ahead.
Mind you these are Obama’s own economists, so the report is like an employee’s performance evaluation that was filled out by the employee. The absolute truth is probably much more bleak.
Over ten years, the CBO says the stimulus will raise the federal deficit $830 billion — $43 billion more than originally estimated.
Which brings us to President Obama’s weekly address:
Now, it would be nice if we could keep every tax break, but we can’t afford them. Because if we choose to keep those tax breaks for millionaires and billionaires, or for hedge fund managers and corporate jet owners, or for oil and gas companies pulling in huge profits without our help — then we’ll have to make even deeper cuts somewhere else. We’ve got to say to a student, ‘You don’t get a college scholarship.’ We have to say to a medical researcher, ‘You can’t do that cancer research.’ We might have to tell seniors, ‘You have to pay more for Medicare.’
Or how about we say to the White House, “You don’t get to spend the remaining $164 billion earmarked for a ‘stimulus’ that is clearly a failure.”
To steal a line from a military recruiting campaign years ago, “it’s a great place to start” — but unfortunately the painfully obvious options never seem to be on the table.

Biden provided the closing address at the 28th Annual International Brotherhood of Teamsters Convention at the Paris Hotel on Friday. The Vice President, who is known for his straightforward style, didn't hide his feelings about the current labor union fights across the country. He believes they are under attack by his Republican rivals for no apparent reason.
"Look at Wisconsin, Ohio, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa, Florida, Pennsylvania. Did you ever think in 2011 you would be fighting for the right to work for less again?," said Biden. "What in God's name did any organized labor union do to the collapse of this economy? ... [I]t's bizarre, but that's the case they're making."
Republican governors in several states have sought to curb Union power in an effort to balance their state's budgets.
Biden also jokingly took a jab at the GOP, suggesting they change their logo.
"Jimmy," said Biden, referring to Teamsters Union president James R. Hoffa, "your (the Teamsters Union) logo is the horse's head. Their (GOP) logo should be the other horse's end."
But when it came to discussing the importance of keeping collective bargaining for labor unions, Biden was in no laughing matter.
"In their vision, you have no place at all. With our vision, you are the place!" said Biden. "We stand with you, organized labor, because with you we will restore the American dream."
Biden's next trip will be to Chicago on Sunday, where he'll deliver a speech at the National Education Association's annual meeting.

Landry Presides Over House, Blocks Recess Appointments

WASHINGTON, DC - Continuing his efforts to prevent President Obama from making another recess appointment, Congressman Jeff Landry (R, LA-03) today presided over a pro forma session in the United States House of Representatives. After his service as Speaker Pro Tempore, Congressman Landry released the following statement:
This morning - under the instruction of Speaker Boehner, Leader Cantor, and Whip McCarthy - I presided over a pro forma session in the United States House of Representatives, preventing Congress from going into recess and blocking President Obama from issuing recess appointments.
Let me begin by saying that under normal circumstances, the House of Representatives should not involve itself nomination fights. The Founding Fathers clearly intended the Senate to handle the nominees through a vetting process. However, when liberal lobbyists, unions, and community organizers direct the White House to subvert the will of the Senate, extraordinary steps must be taken to return transparency to our government and sanity to our political appointees.
Recess appointments are intended to maintain the continuity of our government during periods when the Senate is not in session. They are for situations when nominees cannot be considered or confirmed, not for political expediency. This isn't 1852; Congress isn't out of session for 4 months at a time; it doesn't take a week for members to come back to Washington.
The last recess appointment President Obama made was Craig Becker to the National Labor Relations Board. Becker's nomination was rejected by the Senate. He is a man who argues that employers should have no say in union formations and who ruled that a private company could not relocate to a non-union state.
It is widely anticipated that the President will use a recess appointment to name Elizabeth Warren the head of the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, soon-to-be one of the most powerful positions in the Federal government. This is very troubling considering Warren wants the government to approve every credit transaction that citizens enter into. If President Obama really wants to fill a position, he should make his nomination and send it to the Senate.
The American people sent a loud message last November that America needs to end Washington practices that are fundamentally wrong. They elected a strong group of conservative freshmen to return accountability to the American people. And they sent us to end the status quo in Washington. So to those who will argue that past presidents have also made recess appointments, I say the fact that Administrations have long abused the recess appointment process doesn't make it right.
That is why patriots like Representatives Tom Marino, Ben Quayle, Allen West, and 73 other freshmen have joined my efforts to hit the "kill switch" - a provision the Founding Fathers gave the House to utilize when the Senate's advice and consent is being circumvented by a hostile Administration. This kill switch comes in the form of adjournment resolutions.
Under Article 1, Section 5 of the Constitution, the House of Representatives can prevent the Senate from recessing by withholding its consent. Simply put: we do so by voting down, or not considering, a Senate adjournment resolution. And when we do so, we block the Administration's ability to make recess appointments.
It's hard when you have to fight a bunch of Liberals that think all they have to do is raise taxes and then live the good life until the next tax vote comes around.

CBS News has confirmed that authorities are looking into a shocking security breach that took place at John F. Kennedy International Airport last week.
Investigators say Olajide Oluwaseun Noibi, a Nigerian, boarded Virgin America Flight 415 to Los Angeles without a valid passport or identification, using an expired boarding pass for a flight the day before that belonged to someone else.
Officials say Noibi got through security and was able to board the plane. No one noticed until the flight was airborne when a flight attendant realized Noibi was sitting in a seat that was supposed to be vacant.
